At AllTool.io, we believe privacy is a right, not a feature. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices — in plain English.

Data we do NOT collect
Most tools on AllTool.io run entirely in your browser. For tools like the Password Generator, UUID Generator, QR Code Generator, Color Picker, Text Diff, Word Counter, Case Converter, Markdown Editor, Split Bill Calculator, Chinese Converter, ID Generator, Hash Generators, Base64 Encoder/Decoder, URL Encoder/Decoder, Unix Timestamp Converter, and Unit Converters: nothing you type, paste, generate, or configure ever leaves your device. We have no access to that data and could not store it even if we wanted to.
What the Image to Text tool sends to our server
The Image to Text (OCR) tool is the only tool that uses a server. When you upload an image or provide an image URL to extract text, the image is sent to our OCR backend for processing. The text result is returned to you, and the image is discarded immediately afterwards. We do not store, view, share, or retain uploaded images or extracted text on our servers after the result is returned.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure generates standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent). These logs are rotated and automatically deleted. They are not used to identify individual users and are not shared with third parties.
Cookies and Google AdSense
We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on AllTool.io. Google uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings (https://www.google.com/settings/ads). Alternatively, you can opt out of many third-party vendor cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page (https://optout.networkadvertising.org).
Analytics
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party analytics or tracking scripts on AllTool.io. We do not track your behaviour across pages or sessions.
Accounts and personal data
AllTool.io does not have user accounts. We do not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal information to use any tool.
Children's privacy
AllTool.io is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "last updated" date at the bottom of this page. Significant changes may be announced more prominently.
